In 2005, John and Christine Sheehan started a company called Sheehan Property Service, incorporating in April 2006 and later changing the company's name to SPS Inc..

SPS Inc. started as a Site Management Property Service Company servicing both Commercial and Residential properties. Over the years we have offered a number of services, such as janitorial, porter, interior and exterior painting, sheetrock repair, ceramic tile installation and 24 hour emergency response service. We've now specialized in Power Pressure Washing Sidewalks, Parking Ramps and Underground Garages and still offer a very comprehensive Site Management solution for commercial properties and facilities.
